  • Women business owners who are impact-driven, with a small team or wanting to have a team. We welcome WOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, or allies, who are looking to streamline their business systems and maximize their efficiency and profitability. If you're ready to take your business to the next level and create a lasting impact, this is for you.

  • My process for the Strategic Mapping Model™ is 3 sessions over about 1-2 weeks. The sessions are either 90 min or 2 hours, depending on the phase, and generally scheduled between the hours of 11am-6pm Pacific Standard Time, Tuesday - Friday.

  • You will be provided a deliverable at the end of this but it will either be at no extra software cost to you or you can opt in with an extra fee for me to build it out in a software you already have/use. The deliverable is sent as a Trello Board. Otherwise, any other pre-work or whatnot are super user-friendly in Google Docs!

  • I have post-Strategic Mapping Model™ support included. Support is 4 weeks of email/Slack chat. You can ask questions or get feedback, but it does not include me going back into the board to make any changes. If you would like to hire me via a retainer or project-based, we can discuss at the end of the last session.

  • Listen, I LOVE teams, and help build teams, too. However, for these sessions, it’s best not to have too many cooks in the kitchen.

    You are free, and encouraged, to share the recordings or transcripts so any key team member can be in the loop but these sessions are 1:1.

  • My Strategic Mapping Model™ sessions and deliverables as laid out above start at $2000. However, adding anything on, such as the dashboard built in your own software, or continued support, would be extra fees discussed ahead of time.

  • This is all virtual. And, all of the sessions are recorded for your future reference, or team info needs!

  • Is there a faster version?

    Yes! From time to time, I have availability for my Elite package which includes everything above but the sessions are accelerated to either over a week or all in a single day meeting. And, this VIP package comes with 3 months of coaching, starting at $4777.
